Special Sample instructions
You will need to send the Special Sample(s) to our laboratory on your own. Depending on what the Special Sample is we recommend placing it inside a paper bag or envelope, please do not place inside a plastic zip-lock bag. On the outside of the bag/envelope please label the following:
the order number (this will be on your order confirmation),
a brief description of the item,
date of the collection,
approximate age of the sample.

The Special Samples should all be placed inside a box or mailer envelope (plastic is fine) and sent to our laboratory. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Results will be ready in as little as 5 business days after our lab has received the samples.
We mail our testing kits in discreet unmarked envelopes and may not appear as pictured.

Do you need a second kit sent to a separate address? Do you need us to split a test kit more than two ways?
If you have a family member in another city or state participating in the DNA test we can send an additional test kit to them to complete. Select this option with your order and we send an additional DNA sample collection kit to a second or third address.
Contact us and we can have this option added multiple times for each person/address needed to be included in the test.
