Do you need a second kit sent to a separate address? Do you need us to split a test kit more than two ways?
If you have a family member in another city or state participating in the DNA test we can send an additional test kit to them to complete. Select this option with your order and we send an additional DNA sample collection kit to a second or third address.
Contact us and we can have this option added multiple times for each person/address needed to be included in the test.
*This is not a stand alone test. This is a shipping option to split your DNA Test Kit and must be purchased with a DNA test*

How to add an Additional Kit/Split DNA Kit to your order:
Select this product option when adding the DNA test you wish to purchase to your cart.
Before checkout add the Additional Kit/Split DNA Kit to your cart. This can be added as an option to any test Home DNA or Legal DNA test (Paternity, Legal Paternity, Sibling, Aunt/Uncle test, etc).
You will be asked to fill out the address where you want the Additional Kit/Split DNA Kit to be sent in a comment box during checkout..
Contact us and we can have this option added multiple times for each person/address needed to be included in the test.
Note: If one or more persons live, or will be testing at the same address or location, only one Additional Kit/Split DNA Kit should be sent to the address. Simply let us know the amount of people being tested at the location from the drop-down box (not to exceed the amount of people being tested in the DNA Test).
All Split Kits sent to addresses in the USA will contain a return envelope and postage. All Split Kits shipped internationally do not contain return postage and must be returned at the expense of the person participating in the test.
