You should get tested for COVID-19 if you:
May have been exposed to COVID-19 through:
Living or working in a place where people reside, meet or gather in close proximity (office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, etc.)
Close contact (within 6 ft) with someone who is sick or diagnosed with COVID-19
Are an adult (18+) who is experiencing mild symptoms including:
A fever between 100.4 degrees F and 102 degrees F
Flu-like symptoms (chills, runny or stuffy nose, whole body aches, a headache, and/or feeling tired)
A new loss of taste or smell
A new or worsening cough or sore throat
Shortness of breath that is not limiting ability to speak

Purchase your COVID Home Test Collection Kit
Receive your home collection kit overnight or within 3 days, based on the shipping method you choose
Self-collect a nasal swab and return to the designated overnight shipping carrier drop off location. We highly recommend you drop off your sample on the same day you collect.
Typically within 72 hours of the lab receiving your sample, you will be sent your results to the email collected at checkout.
What Do We Test For?
The COVID-19 Test Home Collection Kit is testing for the presence or absence of RNA from SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2), which causes the disease “Coronavirus Disease 2019” (COVID-19).
This test is not a serologic test and does not test for antibodies to COVID-19.
