Accurate Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity DNA Testing

Accurate Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity DNA Testing

Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity (NIPP) Testing

Get answers before your baby is born - Accurate results from the 8th week of pregnancy

*We currently only offer this paternity test at our main laboratory located in El Paso Texas *

The Prenatal Paternity DNA test can determine the father of a child starting as early as the 8th week of pregnancy (if the baby is already born a Paternity DNA Test should be used). Utilizing a simple blood draw from the pregnant mother our trained DNA analysts will separate fetal DNA from the mothers blood cells. Then the baby’s DNA will be compared to a buccal (oral cheek) swab from the potential father. This process will decisively determine whether he is the father of the unborn child.

Using this method there is absolutely no risk of miscarriage or harm to the unborn baby or the mother.

As the Prenatal Paternity DNA Test requires a blood draw from the mother, a trained phlebotomist will be used.

Our Prenatal Paternity Testing hours are: Monday through Thursday between 9:30am and 2:00pm.

All Prenatal Paternity Test appointments should be made a minimum of three days in advance.

The potential father must provide a DNA sample at the same time as the mother, as the blood sample must be processed ASAP.
